"The location was excellent. Right in the middle of downtown Carmel and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they didn’t have air conditioning and we happened to be there on a hot weekend. To be fair most hotels and stores in Carmel don’t have air conditioning. The rooms need to be refurbished and upgraded for the price. They do have a private parking lot but it’s first come first served."
