« Pros: Safe neighborhood, off street parking, great view and deck, good price for 2 bedroom/2 bath, very responsive host. Cons: Lots of cosmetic blemishes, furnishings felt like they were salvage pieces, 2 uncomfortable couches, old mattresses, rusted washer/dryer unit, blinds didn't close fully, guest bathroom faucet dripped constantly, presence of cobwebs and daddy longlegs spiders (5) in master bedroom. « This could be a nice place to stay but is in need of some major upgrades. The pictures are very deceiving. In one bedroom there was an outlet that had a large orange extension cord that ran across the room behind the bed then plugged into an 8 prong outlet that was behind the bedside table laying on the radiant heater.
