"I went through so many reviews from hotels in LA and I was so scared because most of them had horrifying reviews I was planning a trip with my family and my mother. Lastly I came across this hotel and didn’t see reviews like the other hotels and do not regret staying here!!!!! I had such a great experience at The Omni in LA! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Check-in was quick and easy, and the lobby had such a clean, elegant feel. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a bed that made it hard to want to get up in the morning. The location is perfect — close to so many great restaurants, attractions, and the arts district. The hotel amenities were top-notch, from the beautiful pool area to the fitness center, and the on-site dining was excellent. What really stood out was the level of service — everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. It made the stay feel not just comfortable, but truly special. I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in LA! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and great service. "

"If staying in Hollywood, this is a great location. Close to Hollywood Blvd. Beautiful roof-top pool. Nice coffee shop in the lobby. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Service was excellent. Parking rates were very reasonable."

"I loved staying at Hotel Burbank. The room was so relaxing and comfortable that I actually had the best sleep I've had in years! Bed, pillows and sheets were soft and clean. The air flow was great with the ability to adjust the temperature so that you can have the perfect temperature in your room. In addition, the staff were so pleasant and kind. I have to especially do a shout out to Jeremy (and the person who originally checked me in - I don't know his name... he was so great too!). And Jeremy went above and beyond to help me out. While out in Los Angeles, I had my wallet stolen (not in Burbank) and Jeremy did everything he could to help me. I hope he gets many and ample bonuses because not only is he professional, but he is also kind and aware. And really contributed to my stay being fantastic. Thank you so much! I have so much gratitude for you all. And I will be back. :)"

"Really comfortable spacious room with an excellent bed and great view! Lobby Cafe was a great option for something on the run. Loved the adorable Weston Dog Mascot driving around in his own electric car. Hilarious, friendly and Entertaining. Also note, staff were very friendly and accommodating. Definitely going back! "
