"We spent Christmas as a family of five here and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and well laid out so everyone had their space. We would adventure by day and then enjoy the pool and basketball courts at night. Safe to let the kids walk around freely and meet neighbors. The onsite restaurant was lovely. The central location along the northern coast allowed us to access the lush forests of Puerto Plata and the flawless beaches of Playa Grande to the East. We truly felt like we...

"1. A/C DID NOT WORK IN ALL THE ROOMS EFFECTIVELY. NO A/C IN MASTER BEDROOM 2. HOT WATER DID NOT ALWAYS WORK 3. NOT ENOUGH WASH CLOTHES ON HAND 4. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT 5. SECURITY WAS TOP NOTCH 6. TV'S NEED TO BE UPGRADED TOO SMALL 7. NO TV'S INSIDE THE BEDROOM"

"Walkable to the beach was nice; had AC&Fans to cool off; English translation bit of a challenge. Kitchen counters bedding needs upgrading & some toilet plumbing issues. Needs handyman touch visit. Communication when worked to english through translator was awesome. Didnt have dryer for rainy days.Police station nearby was nice as other units could have very loud music....& As well close to strip of bars thus some overflow music"
