"Very good holiday. Decent accommodation, lovely pool, great views although the number of steps to the apartments could be an issue for some people. Good mix of people. Special shout out to the delightful and charming Katerina. Officially the 'cleaner' but she basically ran the place. She was always on the go and nothing was too much trouble for her. A special, special, lady!"
"Een prima appartement in een leuk dorp. Onze kamer was klein, vooral de douche, maar super schoon. Dankzij eigenaar Manolis en zijn gezin is het een heerlijk onbezorgde vakantie geweest. Wat een fijne mensen!"
"Important - price includes room only. Air conditioner and safe - with extra pay. Room service only takes out garbage bags - no floor wash or towels change, no additional toilet paper. There was a bar behind the wall of our room - the noise was pretty annoying, one night someone thought it is a good idea to throw pool balls on the wall on 1:30 AM - I needed to come there and ask barman to ask them to stop. But the owner of the hotel is very nice guy, and swimming pool is good. The neighborhood is...
"Not in Hersonissos but located in a village a good 30 minute steep downhill walk from Hersonissos. The walk back impossible for my partner who has a heart condition and required taxis at 7 eu per one way journey. The dining area pictured on the site was in fact derelict and the pool a smelly eyesore. The balcony overlooked the stagnant pool and derelict bar area. The standard of cleanliness and facilities were apalling. See photographs of bathroom and kitchen facilities which were dirty, rusty...

"Comfortable and well priced close to shops and airport"
"Loved everything about this hotel.. except our way too short stay. Room was spacious with plenty of room for my kids and I. There was something for everyone. We loved the beach, water park, dining options, entertainment and competition (we participated in dart and trivia). Food was plentiful with fresh, tasty and healthy options. Great entertainment."

"Short one night stop over in Heraklion. Hotel was lovely, bed very comfortable and breakfast was very good. The only comment I would make was the bathroom wasn’t completely separate to the bedroom, separate toilet but the shower and wash basin were in the bedroom. Would have preferred a bit more privacy "

"Great hotel, close to Hersonissos (small town with restaurants, bars, gift shops and nightlife). Staff are always happy to help and very welcoming and friendly. Buffet was really good, lots of options at breakfast, lunch and dinner, options for everyone even the fussier eaters. Would highly recommend"
A verified traveller stayed at Bella Beach - All Inclusive
"Everything about the resort was clean, classy, well maintained and felt luxurious. It is a long way from anything but the beach, although that beach is perfect and there are plenty of bars and reataurants along the coast. Getting to any sights or cities will require an expensive taxi or a car, but the hotel is so luxurious and relaxing you many not want to leave!"

"Lovely resort, incredibly family friendly. Kids club is great if child is over 3 years old.
Very relaxing stay, only downside is beach is quite rocky compared to others visited in Crete, but you can always use the pool. "

"Finding the hotel was easy and check-in went by quick. I can’t remember much about the elevator in terms of size, but I do know that my mom and I, alongside each of our carry-on bags, fit just fine. The room was clean and the beds were good. I had no problems with noise and I am a light sleeper. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to harbour and close to the main area of the city. It also close to two bus stations (one being the main bus station).
The only small thing that I noticed was that the door that led to the balcony wouldn’t lock. I tried several times, but the lock just wouldn’t latch on.
The area also felt safe, which was very important to us since we were two female travellers and we had to check out at around 2:00AM to catch the ferry. Even at that time of night, we didn’t feel unsafe walking around with our luggage.
Overall, it was a good stay that is positioned well in the city. "
