Fantastisk dejlig modtagelse, venlighed og generel hjælpe med diverse fra værten. Værelset lyst og ok, badeværelset med en bruser i hele badeværelset, så en heldel optørring efter et bad. Noget støj fra musik om aftenen, men ikke generende for os, man bor i et festligt område. Ingen mad på stedet, men masser af morgenmadscaféer mm i området. Alt ialt et skønt ophold.

Super Value Near Beach

Not the Ritz-Carlton but clean, comfortable, safe and basic. Perfect place to rest your head after a day of beach-hopping, partying, shopping, whatever it is you came to Phuket to do. Staff is ridiculously friendly and good-natured. Not seedy but not too pristine. Close to everything (beach, +++++food+++++, shopping, baht bus, taxi, massage, 7-11s, bars, $ exchange, ice cream, you name it).

Bad bed, small room...

Cheap hotel close to the beach in karon and close to a few bars and 7/11. The hotel was a three floor story building, with narrow stairs(And you can't be to tall because then you'll hit your head in the stairs on the way down if you're not careful). Now to the room: It was a small room with an really uncomfortable bed and "broken" (feeled like it would breakdown if you moved to much)... Had a good fridge and okay TV, other than that not so much... I would not stay here again.

Great location and good helpful staff

Karon guesthouse was central to everywhere and a short walk to a great beach. No lift and 4 floors might be difficult if you have mobility issues and have top floor room. No breakfast provided but great place across the road who do a comprehensive buffet breakfast that is great value. Staff are friendly and helpful, room was comfy and good size and I would stay there again if I visited the area.

Friendly staff, clean & comfortable hotel

I stayed in many different hotels around phuket in the same price range and this was by far the best. Staff is friendly, room is cleaned and drinking water provided everyday. The rooms are also comfortable and spacious with a big bed. There's a bit of noise outside in the night until 1-2 so if that's a concern for you, don't pick this place. Highly recommended, it will stay here in the future.

very happening location, close to beach

the staff are friendly, rooms as basic but they made up for it by being accessible to beach (3 mins away), bars and resto (2 minutes). located smack right on the happening area in Karon Beach. since most of the time, people are expected to go out, it is a good place to crash and rest after a long day at the islands.

Huone ja palvelu ylittivät odotuksemme poaitiivisesti. Kuitenkin viimeisinä päivänä unohdin kellon huoneeseemme ja se oli sieltä palatessamme hävinnyt siivouksen yhteydessä. Kello maksoi "vain" 100e joten emme jaksaneet alkaa asiaa aulassa selvittelemään kun ei sitä asiaa olisi kuitenkaan voitu mitenkään todistaa. Älkää jättäkö arvotavaroita huoneeseen!

Don't expect much in the way of comfort. The beds are hard and the bathrooms are poorly designed with weak showers.

Nice guesthouse close to everything

Although there are a couple of bars that have sprung up near the guesthouse and they can be a bit noisy late in the evening the staff are great and the location awesome. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bars ... everything. The room is a little old but is cleaned daily and the bed is comfortable and the aircon works really well ... too well sometimes !!! I will be definitely staying here again.

Friendly staff, central location

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the guesthouse, the staff are amazing, it is centrally located, and you can easily walk to the local places. Only downside is trying to get transport to attractions or to other places, its limited and expensive. Apart from that I would recommend staying here.

Not the greatest idea to stay here. Staff were friendly but stains on the sheets and Internet just did not work. Very loud down stairs from nearby bars on a night time.
