Great breakfast and location of the breakfast room. Breakfast room on top of building, air conditioning and a view of some of the buildings. Really is a secret garden. Middle of historic centre.

Wonderful stay next to Perugia, in a very quiet area. The property is extremely well maintained and re-designed, and the hosts can be really proud of their result. The hosts are very kind and helpful, offered help when we needed. The room was the most comfortable stay in our vacation. The property is pristine, very safe, with lots of options to relax in tranquility. The breakfast was plenty and fresh. The host's mother is an excellent cook, and the freshly made pies are mouthwatering. Nice...

This is an excellent choice for accommodation in Perugia. The suite was lovely with two separate bedrooms, kitchenette with everything you would need, bathroom and even a sauna! Having free laundry facilities on site was a huge bonus while travelling. The location is very central. I would definitely recommend Welchome Suites.

We were only in the area of Perugia for one day but we landed on a gem with this B&B. A beautiful home on the hills overlooking Perugia, Michele had his own guide of places to eat at and visit. With our limited time this was perfect and did not disappoint. The room was cozy and the following morning, breakfast and espresso was ready to go. This place will be one of the top highlights from our trip for sure!

I loved this property overall. It was very clean and well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay.
However, there are a few things I think future guests should be aware of. I was there for a wedding and needed an iron or steamer to prepare my clothes. When I asked for one, I was told that because it was a guest house, they didn’t provide this service and that I could go a few stores down and buy one. I ended up buying a steamer that I will probably never use again.
In my opinion, the property...

Cozy, clean, friendly, spotless, excellent breakfast, easy parking. A little bit off the beaten path. Lovely resident dog. Spacious rooms, very nicely decorated. Charming hosts.
