The woman who worked at the reception desk was extremely helpful when we had any questions. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the main historic area. There is a mini-metro right next to the train station that goes up into the city and has a stop that is within a 5-minute walk of Hotel Signa. It costs less than a couple of euro per person and is much less expensive than a cab. We found the staff to be most helpful and kind. Parking is just down the street and the hotel is a short walk up a hill. We had a room with a terrace which was great since the room was a bit small. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to walk anywhere, great restaurants very close by as well. Posizione strategica, a due passi dalle scale mobili e dalle stazioni degli autobus e dei treni regionali (stazione S. Anna). I signori Signa, padre e figlio, sono stati gentilissimi e professionali, sempre pronti ad andare incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Sia la camera che il bagno privato sono stati sempre molto puliti; avevo scelto una matrimoniale della tipologia "economy" dato che dovevo utilizzarla praticamente solo per pernottare, tuttavia, con un piccolo supplemento, è possibile sceglierne di più grandi, ovviamente a seconda delle disponibilità. La colazione non è compresa nel prezzo della camera, ma con soli 2 € è possibile avere un cornetto (molto buono) e un cappuccino da consumare nel gradevole e tranquillo terrazzo durante i mesi estivi. Anche il personale, addetti alla portineria e cameriere, è stato all'altezza delle aspettative. Insomma, atmosfera d'altri tempi senza trascurare le necessità dei giorni nostri. Auch das hippe Univiertel ist in 15 min zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war schlicht aber sauber, die Betten neu, der Flachbildfernseher in 40". Das Hotel hat eine schlichte Terasse, die aber zum Plaudern mit anderen Gästen einlädt. Es gibt eine Gemeinschatsküche, leider ohne Kühlschrank. Die Getränke aus dem Automaten sind italientypisch teuer. Einziger echter Minuspunkt ist das Gemeinschaftsbad. Die Duschen sind winzig, eine Dusche hat nur getröpfelt, bei der anderen war die Duschwand defekt. Pluspunkt: Wie hatten Räder dabei, die wir übernachts in einem Aufbewahrungsraum abstellen durften.
