"The descriptin the webpage didn’t match the actual accomodation. They have a paper at the back of the room door which says that we have ti pay 10 euro if we need the sheets and towels changed but in their web description, it says that towels and sheets are changed every 2 days. They didn’t clean the room as well and it took the 4th day pit of our 5 day stay that they “clean” but the sheets weren’t changed at all. "We loved our stay here! The front desk staff especially Jessica and Aymen were wonderful! Very helpful throughout our 12 day stay. The breakfast buffet is superb and made it so convenient to start your day just by going downstairs. It is included with your room rate. The only issue is you must have a car to stay here as it is about 15 minutes from central Perugia and there is really no nearby public transportation. Overall however a wonderful hotel!"
