Perfect location in my favourite Umbria town. Spotless, quiet and good value for money.

Before we arrived we called to let the owner Alberto know when our train was scheduled to arrive at the station. He kindly picked us up and took us to Podere Sette Piagge. As soon as you arrive you are struck by the beautiful setting. The room had 2 single beds and a smaller roll away bed for my son. It was very clean and sufficient. We didn't need AC but you had a choice to use it for 10euros a day. Breakfast was healthy, simple and very good. it was served in the beautiful terrace area...

Gorgeous villa, only 6 rooms, very intimate. Originally built 1200yrs ago as a respite Inn, completely renovated, incredible view of Orvieto and surrounding Valley. Staff treat you like family, especially Erica! Beautiful buffet breakfast and delicious dinners. Rooms are separated well so you feel like the villa is all yours. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay or for day trips in the area. Beautiful pool and grounds to unwind in. You honestly don't want to miss this experience.
