The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the “breakfast included” was very limited. You’re asked to pre‑order the night before, and the offering is just one coffee, one drink, and one filled croissant — fresh and tasty, but quite minimal. The furniture overall needs some refurbishing but on the whole it was quite a pleasant experience. Location was just right outside the city's escalators so made it easy to access the heart of the city and the lower part of the city. Oyamado, the care-taker is a very helpful and kind man. Massimo, the owner and Oyamado do a very good job keeping the place in order. The escalator to the Main Street leading to San Lorenzo and restaurants are just 10 seconds away from the Hotel. Very convenient, and close to Perugia Train Station as well. Entrance to the old town is across the street. Fruit & veg stall in front of hotel a couple of days a week. I told them that I needed it in the room and they managed to get me a suitable one for the remainder of my stay. All in a very friendly and forthcoming attitude. The location, off the busy touristic center but quite close to it (actually, within meters of the entrance to the Rocca Paolina passage). Highly convenient. There is a traditional fruit market by the place next to the hotel. The breakfast is taken in a café attached to the hotel, not in the hotel itself. This hotel is very near the centre, very friendly and good value for money.
