"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible. This building felt like someone still lived here & rent it out for the summer, decor was old & horrendous. However, because it is an old building, you should not expect modern building style. I personally love small Italian village vibe, so I loved it."
