"Thank you! We had a really great stay with the exception of one thing- on Thursday, April 9 we came back to the hotel during the afternoon. Upon arrival, we discovered that our room keys had been deactivated and we couldn’t get into our room. I went to the front desk and told the person there and she re-activated our keys. When we entered our room, it was apparent that our bags had been looked through. Things were moved and taken out of our bags. Nothing seemed to have been taken but it was incredibly unnerving that our things had been touched and looked through. I reported the incident and was assured a manager would be notified but I wanted to also say something here. There are many many options for hotels in the area. This is our third stay at this location and we are disappointed that this happened."

"The room was clean, and the property is beautiful. If you’re not going for skiing, the only great thing about this place is the pool & hot tub. The beds were so uncomfortable. The tv barely worked - the remote was not functional, we couldn’t switch channels easily, and the channel we wanted to watch had a very poor signal. The shower was terrible. The water came out of the head with such force that we couldn’t stand directly under it. The tub drained very slowly. The shower curtain was so thin that there was a ton of water on the floor when we got out. "
