"The guy forgot we were coming, so I had to initiate contact day of the get check in information. He told us about an hour before check in that the check in time would be pushed back from 3 to 4. When we got there, there were no towels. They were all still in the dryer. The smoke detector battery was dead and kept beeping. The neighbors screamed outside all day and all night, which means we couldn't sleep. The beds were hard. Truly an awful experience, do not stay here."
