Very quiet. Staff was very attentive. No riff raff in the hotel.
In the suburbs, Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel is in an area with good airport proximity. Underground Atlanta and CNN Center are notable landmarks, and travellers looking to shop may want to visit Camp Creek Marketplace and AmericasMart. Zoo Atlanta and Georgia Aquarium are not to be missed. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

I LOVED EVERYTHING BUT CHECK-IN. STAFF WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD EXCEPT FOR CHECK-IN. THE NEXT DAY I TOOK IT TO THE MANAGER AND FELT THAT NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT MY COMPLAINT. AT CHECK-IN I CALLED A FEW DAYS IN ADVANCE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS IN LINE FOR MY STAY, AND I WOULD NOT NEED ANYTHING ELSE FOR MY STAY. THE YOUNG LADY RAISED HER VOICE WITH ME, AND I EVEN HAD THE ORGINAL PAPERS THAT SHE STATED THEY DIDN'T HAVE, WHICH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS ABLE TO PULL. MADE ME FEEL AS IF I WAS A VERY SMALL PERSON A HOTEL LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT MAKE ANYONE FEEL THAT WAY... BUT EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OUTSTANDING HOUSEKEEPING MADE SURE MY ROOM WAS FRESH EVERYDAY. DOOR STAFF WAS MAKING SURE I WAS SET FOR RIDES AND EVEN HELPED ME FIND A FEW THINGS IN THE AREA I NEEDED.
