"The property and rooms are quite dated, but it's decent, very clean and charming. Our stay was super comfortable, the beds were amazing. The breakfast was pleasantly surprising, and their coffee was really good. Staff was pretty 'meh' and the property had lots of gravel in the street and sidewalks, sidewalks being lifted up from old tree roots (total trip hazard so be careful at night), lots of dog poop all over the grassy areas and generally sort of neglected feeling, but we didn't stay there to look at the grounds. I would definitely come back here again."

"Surrounding area may look scary, but building requires key to get in at certain times. Also,it’s near a lot of great restaurants that I discovered through Uber Eats. They also have a nice vending machine with different food items. Wish the selection had more items. Not sure how often housekeeping cleans rooms but we had stuff left over from prior guests (stuff was left in the fridge in both rooms which wasn’t a big deal). We didn’t need consistent housekeeping, but hotel desk said we could ask for new sheets at any time. Also employees were very friendly when at the desk. I’d recommend this hotel for its affordability and if you don’t mind the lack of continental breakfast and housekeeping."

"The room and bathroom everything was neat and clean. The hallways were clean. Breakfast was good. The pool however, was not ideal. It needed some updating, and there were wasps nests in the cement holes by the whirlpool."

"Breakfast was not terrible but pretty basic and the coffee was so thick and gross. The rooms need major updating!!! It was nice dressers with drawers were provided but the drawers would not stay closed!!!! Some serious cleaning attention needed in the rooms...the vent covers are so nasty and dirty!!!! I went and bought my own cleaning supplies for the bathroom and bathtub!!! We stayed 7 days...6 nights I went to the front desk to ask for room refreshments like towels, toilet paper and dish soaps the front desk attendant was very rude and was like didn't i give you all that yesterday!!!! I did not get any but the point was she was very rude!!!! We spent over $2,000 there and feel like we were treated poorly!!!!"

"We absolutely loved staying here. We did get a great deal. Only thing we didn’t care for was that the pull out couch was dirty/had lots of crumbs. We chose not to use it due to this. The resort was super fun and the staff were nothing short of amazing though. It was comfortable, quiet, and we will return for sure. "
