"Please tell OH pool to keep music volume up. One day we went and vibe was so good with music, next day for some reason music volume was turned down and it was not the same. The following day music volume seemed to be back up a bit. For people just hanging at the pool to soak up sun and maybe have a drink, the music vibe is very important."

"I requested a non-smoking room and the room reeked with smoke. I was told they didn't have any left so they couldn't give me a non-smoking room. The carpet was stained and rumpled and filthy looking. I checked out 15 minutes after checking in and I was able to get a refund at the hotel."

"This was our second stay and we really enjoyed it. The staff in the restaurant and market were so friendly and the food was really good. The artwork made it special and location perfect for walking to the farmer’s market and sports arenas. "

The horrible dog excrement smell that they attempted to cover with copious amounts of carpet deodorizer were just overwhelming. It made us all sick at our stomachs and suffering with headaches as well. No refund was offered and had to pay an additional charge at a different hotel. Staff was friendly enough. The rest was a short lived horrible experience."

"Lovely pool with waterfalls, cold water though. Spa experience was very good! Highly recommended massage. Our room looked pretty dated. The dresser drawer literally wouldn't close. Don't bother paying for a poolside. We were down a hall with 0 view front or back. Talked to resort host, they offered 0. Bar/Restaurant nice. It was super busy, but still great service, especially by older gentleman bartender. "
