"We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again."

"Open communication with the owners. Very clean and stocked with necessities. It's on the bottom floor and the BBQ grill is right outside the unit which made it so convenient. The only thing that was not good is that there are people that live above this unit that are very heavy walkers so you hear them all the time."

"Great little place if you’re visiting Maryvale for Milwaukee Brewers spring training. Couldn’t be closer. Apartment complex is a bit on the wild side but not unsafe; just rough enough at the edges that you shouldn’t expect to spend your time milling around there without purpose. Apartment was nice, clean, everything important worked. Appreciated the closet space and showers. Good for an extended stay if in town for work."

"No need to take freeway to Stadium or Entertainment District. This condo is surface street close to all the action but is located in a quiet gated community. The condo is clean and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The property manager got back to me quickly with questions I had even over the weekend. To enter the unit, get the key from the top lockbox, not the bottom. Also, the pool key is actually the fob which is attached to the house key. The fob clicker needs to be...
