"Property was clean , tidy and spacious . Facilities were good . Internet was good and it was a 2 min walk from the beach . Couple of restaurants locally .One was shut for a couple of weeks but lamphey and Pembroke are a short drive away . Directions were very good and property was easy to find "

"Le Chalet 67 was just the perfect holiday home for my family of 5. The host Penny was very detailed and helpful in her communications, making it extremely easy for us to settle in. The place was clean, easy to access and had extras around the house making it comfortable to be in . The unlimited wifi is a great catch to the teenagers, they settle into their games after the days outing. The ability to just stroll down to the Freshwater East beach every evening was a winner for the whole family...

"Very clean, comfortable room. Little bit cold in the evening. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast, with continental and cooked options. It was a nice 15/20 minute stroll down to the beach. Enjoyed a walk around the headland and back to the village pub! "

"Property was as advertised and sufficient for our 4 night stay. The main bedroom could do with a black out blind attached to the wall, the one provided you had to stick to the window and it fell down the first night. A couple of the floor boards in the bedrooms both need fixing down. Great location for the beach!"

"We have stayed in Penny's lovely properties in Trewent Park many times, and always have a fabulous stay. Le Chalet is lovely - clean, comfortable and well-equipped and worked perfectly for our family. "We had a lovely week at Rooks Retreat - even got used to the rasping rooks! Wasn’t as close to Freshwater East as we hoped. It is possible to walk (up the lane from the cottage) towards Freshwater Inn, but there are some very steep steps to negotiate down onto the beach, takes about 45 minutes.
