Weekend Stay at The Imperial Dragon.

Stayed here a few times now and always find it an excellent hotel.Staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous. Also take two dogs with us and they are always treated well also.

Amazing stay!

Beautiful hotel, Staff were so welcoming , the room considering it was a dog friendly room was absolutely spotless and smelt so clean.. the atmosphere and vibe of the place is so relaxing .. I love the decor and the fact they were dog friendly and made a fuss over our boy Prince! 🐾 Breakfast was cooked to perfection 👌 We would definitely return!

Excellent service and communication, we took our two border terriers and they were made to feel most welcome. Our room was dog friendly and was lovely, I imagine the non doggy rooms to be amazing. Electric car charging onsite, Awesome food in Lokkie restaurant next door would highly recommend.

The Luxury China room was a wonderful and unique experience. A special wedding anniversary treat. Staff where lovely and helpful. Lokkys restaurant's pan Asian cuisine was exceptionally good. Lovely grounds and ample parking.

Clean, friendly, great on site restaurant, nice outside area and tables to have a drink in the sun. Efficient check in. Clean, tidy, comfortable and functional rooms. Genuinely dog friendly including dog friendly rables in the restaurant for evening meal and breakfast. We all had a lovely stay and will definitely be back.

Out of this World

This is a 6 star hotel, It is out of this world, the staff are so friendly and the room was a dream to stay in. this together with the award winning restaurant attached is absolutely amazing, plus I would like to give a special shout out to Sue on reception, we have never had a welcome like this from any other hotel, and Jay in the restaurant who is fantastic. well done to such a fabulous hotel team.

Nice comfortable room with all the amenities you need. Unfortunately I arrived the day after the Easter bank holiday Monday and Lockys wasn’t open. Hotel was very quiet and no one after 6pm on reception. Just felt pretty lonely in hotel. No atmosphere. Nice Chinese down the road

FIRST CLASS STAY

Stayed 2 days Sun/Mon this week and it was a delightful experience.2 women on reception were brilliant,welcoming,knowledgeable and gav.e us the customary tour around on arrival We stayed in room 7 which was right by reception and entrance to Lokki#s bar and restaurant.Room more than adequate comfortable beds with a table and chairs and a separate desk for those unfortunate to have to work.Bottle of water in room with a nice touch of a couple of Welsh cakes each, Dined in Lokki's first night and met the manager A.J.what a charming person.he had only been in the job 4 months but that restaurant was run like clockwork,Staff attentive and polite,nothing was too much bother.Meal was excellent and menu varied. I have no hesitation in recommending the iMPERIAL TO ANYONE well done and thanks to all that work there
