"Room was nice but the aircon wasn't working in the hotel. Our room was so hot it was uncomfortable and struggled to sleep even with the fan on. We had a late Hyrox on Friday night so checked the website which said we could book a table for dinner up to 10pm with food served until 11pm. Arrived at 9:55pm and were told we couldn't order food unless it was for room service. As our room was so hot, there was no way we could eat there. Ended up walking around Cardiff at 10pm trying to find some dinner which wasn't ideal."

Prior to arrival we were given a discounted parking code that had expired and was told on arrival that they no longer give codes out despite giving an expired code via email before arrival. Room is dated and needs an upgrade. Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Cleanliness wasn’t great but we ignored it as we weren’t in the room long. Breakfast was ok, but overall poor and wouldn’t stay again."
