" The Hotel check in staff did not have our room at 5:00 pm and told us they had a staff shortage. They informed us it be as late as 9:00 pm. Check in time was 4:00 pm. They did not seem to care about the inconvenience."

"I came in when Amanda was working the front desk. Amanda was by far the best welcoming experience I've encountered in a hotel. I have traveled all over Asia, some of Europe and the US. I can't tell you how genuinely warm and welcoming Amanda was but it also came across as entirely authentic. I even thought I'd love to have her work for my company. People like her make the tiring part of traveling so worth it for just a few moments of above and beyond kindness. Thank you. Will stay here again if my travels bring me back."
