we have stayed here many times when visiting family. The hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly. However this trip the breakfast left a lot to be desired. the coffee machine and juice machines were broken and the carafes were not kept replenished. There was no meat for the hot portion of breakfast. The pastries and bagels were stale. If this is the breakfast they are going to continue to serve they should not serve any breakfast at all. This is not at all up to the standards of this hotel chain.

For the most part when I arrived, because my flight was late. The lady at the front desk was very polite. She took care of me to check me in. What I didn't like when I raised up my covers, it. Looked like one of comforter that was placed on the bed had meredew underneath it and was very dirty on both beds. The furniture was also written on with a marker. Maybe someone before me or whatever. But they did not clean the marker off the furniture. The toilet was also a little low to the ground. I moved when you sit on it.
