"BTS and convenient store about 5min walk from the hotel. Reached early, lucky they allow early check-in. Room is clean but living room is small for junior suite at the corner unit beside the lift compared to other junior suite along corridor. "

"Good hotel. Rated an area three because you would have to get on two elevators just to get to the rooms. Shower and toilet slow to drain. Breakfast was good buffet. Personally thought the japanese breakfasts lacking. Gym was great. Spa services are good but a tad pricey. Could find many in the area that could provide same level of experience"

"Great housekeeping and front desk staff dining staff needs training took ready eggs turned them over when I asked for over easy nite chef burned my bacon and the burger bun not edible. When leaving bell boy used his personal phone to call a taxi. Got in the taxi no meter wife suspected something. Asked driver with no name for cost to airport was told 800 baht. She said that was not right. Driver called her stingy. Got out 50 feet from hotel. Took another taxi from street cost 400 baht with tolls and tip. Bell services should not call taxi friends to take guests anywhere. "

"This hotel has everything you need. Especially the breakfast, they have Asian and European buffet, so many options to choose. The staff is so polite and helpful, they also offer free coffee and tea during the day at the lobby. I really recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bangkok, especially if you want to be close to the main shopping malls. "

"How ever we think the hotel i s great and kept well, excellent so ever, we have just small thing-but mean a lot to us- when we ask for late check out ( by paying the amount) the lady at the front desk said she will see and tell us) unfortunately my mother & my sister in law took the last two kabana rooms ,for us they didn’t have its was disappointing "
