"Stayed at the Shangri La Bangkok and a bunch of other resorts on my Thailand trip with my friends. This property was beautiful in the photos, and the main community areas. The rooms themselves though seemed a bit outdated lacklustre and weren’t the cleanest. The property around the hotel was also not ideal - but understandably because of how old it I suppose. 3/5 would be my final rating."

"The room was good and clean and fitness room was very good with great view. The only problem in my world was, not very good music from the restaurent by the pool and the fact that many people enter the pool without showering first.
