I stayed 3 days in the hotel and found it to an incredibly relaxing visit. A sea of calm in the busy area of Bangkok. Surrounded by wonderful eateries and bustling nightclubs. Walked 5 mins up the street and did some nice tailored suit shopping. I have already booked my return stay and I look forward to seeing the awesome staff again. I well earned mark of praise to the concierge staff. As the first and last face you see , it is always with a smile and an earnest greeting/farewell.

A long wait for check-in 15 minutes I ask the guy on the door I had a private check-in in the lounge he said no, only here, the girl checked me in and then wanted me to go to the lounge to check in which I didn't as I wanted to get to my room.. Large clean room l, very comfortable bed great view The bath kept spitting out leaves when jets come on, area around the bath in front of the window is all marble with s small step not too good with wet feet.. Nice pool area small and no towel card so customer takes makny towels and puts on pools beds and shade beds 2 people 4 sun beds.. I'm the lounge only a cake and coffee tea for afternoon , evening you get a two teird bird cage of cheese plate, mini burger, skewers wasn't bad but poor service, slow and no atmosphere..This is the first hotel in Thailand where I think the staff have not been that friendly and eager to help for the price, there are much better hotels nearby the Mercure next door excellent lounge and staff... But the location is great aswell

The location was great nearby the NANA station exit 3. Just took few minutes that we could arrive the hotel. However, it was quite noisy outside during bed time. Still highly recommend because it was so convenient.

Staff very friendly. Hotel very clean. Close to transportation (MRT) and easy to get about. Food Drink and Entertainment on the door step with Soi Cowboy and Nana plaza 5 to10 minutes walk from the hotel. This is my second stay at the Aira Hotel and will not be the last.

This hotel is in prime location for nightlife, street vendors, dining options. The hotel is immaculate and staff there are excellent. Had 2 different rooms there and both were amazing. The pool area is also amazing with great views
