Staff are lovely, hotel position is ideal - on the river with a free shuttle ferry to take you to other ferries or train. Room was excellent - we had a riverside panoramic view room. Hard to fault this hotel! As it was low season there was a bit of renovation work going on but nothing to be concerned about.
