"Room was booked for three people but only two towels were provided. No soap for the bathroom sink. Bath mat was extremely dirty. Not a sufficient amount of toilet paper provided. We had to go buy some from a nearby store. Room was very heavily perfumed on arrival. Great for a quick stay to get to and from the airport but wouldn’t spend more time at this property "

"I love the cleanliness of the place and the water pressure of the shower which you can hardly find in settings like this. However, they need to put up blackout curtains because the place is too bright considering its a corner unit with extra window. Some people like to stay in bed late or sleep during the daytime. I also like that it's a walking distance the mall and church. Numerous convenience stores can be found downstairs. I'll probably book this place again in the future."

"I have been unsure getting a place to stay like Condotel or like bed&breakfast, its my first time ever and it proves that i will never stays at condotel… This place is the WORST, the AC is like an engine of a truck running, u will never get sleep, we shut it off and sacrifice the heat of the room. Staying at Luneta park is better off… STAY AWAY from this property."

"Really enjoyed our stay and the Condo is perfect for 2 people. You can fit 3 but more comfortable for 2. The pool is GREAT and the location is very close to MOA. Easy locations for “GRAB” app car service to find. Laundry is not in the building but located in the next building over. Glen was great to work with on check in and check out. "I stayed 2 weeks and it literally was home away from home for me. Very easy to get a hold of the unit owner and manager as well being located in a prime location facing Roxas Boulevard. Will definitely be booking again!"

"I book this for my in-laws and they liked it. However, the six days that they were there, they became uncomfortable due to little baby cockroaches that they saw inside the unit. I told my in-laws to washed all of the utensils, cups, and plates or whatever they needed for cooking before using it. My in-laws loved the unit, but it just came short due to roaches. "Was very confused as to where hotel was at. There is only a address and not the hotel me name. Very confusing when checking in . Didn't accommodate me when I first arrived. Had to call "owner" so she can talked with me. When in the room there was no soap or shampoo and very little toilet paper. Was not told that I would the one who buys all that. "Grace's place is one of the nicest, best-located, and most valuable of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, and modern, had everything we needed to feel at home and was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to a big supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful condo unit.
