" The owner of the property charged us DOUBLE to use the swimming pool as opposed to other guests !!! also everything with him had to be CASH he would not let me do a bank transfer ??? so he is avoiding paying tax on his income ! is this something Shell condoms ? i will inform the relevant TAX Authority to investigate this ! furniture kept falling apart ie the pull out bed ? and also the property was very very dirty, we will never RETURN !!"

"The bed was as hard as a rock, they had signs up saying they would fine you for all sorts of things, hanging laundry, cooking food that smelled, taking a chair on the balcony, smoking outside. There were bugs everywhere, even in the towels. Do not stay here"

"You must be kidding! We were there in the afternoon around 330 PM. The lady at the lobby had no idea we were even coming, and they had no contact information. They were asking us questions we had no clue about, like what room we had reserved- to which we reponded Max Stays- Max Style, only to be told that the owner or the rep of the owner had left and did not leave a message to them that anyone was coming! We had to get accommodations in a very short amount of time because there is no way we...

"The property was centrally located, and allowed me to access many shops and malls in the Pasay area. The property was comfortable, and the extra cooking space allowed me to prepare meals in the condo. Alexa assisted me in expediting my check in, and Cora provided extra linen during my stay. Both Alexa and Cora were great to work with. I will stay at this property in the future."
