Adequate through-the-wall AC. No bathtub is expected for the room I chose for the price I paid. Clean shower. A jacuzzi is available for their higher-end rooms. Walking distance to Baclaran Church and adjoining market if you are able to blend in with the locals and willing to take the risk/adventure. Their room service menu is slightly average, and food delivery service from nearby restaurants like Grab is another option. Best accessed via taxi or their shuttle.
