I was pleased that the cabin crew helped me find a spot for my carry-on right away. I was in economy and they had to put my carry on in first class. Because it was quite far, they made note of it and reminded me close to landing. They look after people very well. Even though I would’ve remembered where I put my carry on, it’s always nice to have that extra help. Redundancy is an essence in customer service. A++ for Korean Air!
