I reserved room with double bed my friend with me at room they charge me 40$ extra which is cheating and approving from manager which is bad service to push me pay extra or no room for me I hope to open investigation about taking extra money from customer and cash no receipt I’m not happy for first time visiting Mexico

The hotel is located in a great area with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which made the location very convenient. Unfortunately, the room itself was a huge disappointment due to poor upkeep and maintenance. The bedding had noticeable stains, and the sofa was also stained, which was really off-putting. In the bathroom, the soap dispenser in the shower hadn't been refilled at all, so there was no soap available during my stay. I felt disgusted trying to sleep in that room, it just didn't feel clean or hygienic. For the price and the otherwise good surroundings, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I won't be staying here again and wouldn't recommend it unless major improvements are made to housekeeping and basic maintenance.
