"I’m a strong believer in first impressions.customer service was great, so I knew my stay was going to be great. Room was clean and cold. Lighting was excellent. Parking was great I definitely will be back."

"Quite a bit run down in areas. First room given was clearly used by someone, a towel and pillow both were out of placed and showed signs of use. Top layer of bed linens were also a bit crumpled. Second room was clean and thankfully not used. Furniture was very dated and dingy. They need a bit of an overhaul. Fire alarm woke the building up at 1:30am in the night. Had to wait for fire truck to clear building before returning. Not great when you have a 7am flight the next day."

"It is located in a busy area; therefore, traffic was very noisy. One of their elevators was not in service. On a positive note, there are many restaurants within walking distance. Convenient to airport, free shuttle to airport."
