It has heat and air (we needed heat because we were vacationing during cold spell). Being able to do a load of laundry after being on the road so long was a bonus also. We saw beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the patio and a night sky that was just stunning. Such a cool place! Super quiet too. I’d definitely go back. A good location if you’re visiting Death Valley near the Nevada side.
