We were given a suite on the towers, which was quite large. The problem was that in those days the elevator was out of service and we had to carry two huge suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Furthermore, there is carpet everywhere and the room smelled a little bit (I think the reason was the old carpet). The parking lot was very poorly lit - and too small. No signs, no indications as to where or how we were to get to the main entrance. Then, when I finally walked up a rather long ramp and found a bellman and a golf cart to get our luggage, we were taken to a room that still had cleaning equipment in it. We then had to move to another room.The staff, however, was great. The bar and bartender were great. Thanksgiving dinner, however, was a big disappointment. There’s a viewing deck on the 4th floor that is great for viewing the stars at night. The only draw back was that our room had a connecting door to the adjoining room and it is thin.
