Clean room and excellent service

The breakfast was superb….more choices than usual and close to a mall, restaurants and Universal Studios.

Rooms were very clean and very friendly staff.

All of the staff were friendly and kind, the rooms were very clean and the hotel was very quiet which was nice.

The is was a comfortable and cosy hotel! I will definitely stay here again. Was quite lovely.

Great vibe. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend.

Quiet and clean hotel very comfortable.

The room was very clean, roomy, and the staff were very helpful, especially Kelly who is always smiling 😃 and making us feeling so welcomed and comfortable and wanting to come again. Although we felt that between rooms there seemed not very well soundproofed comparing with some other similar hotels, but we still sleeped well for the 2 nights we stayed there. I would recommend it to friends.

Such a nice time!

It is very close to Universal Studios and offers free parking. There is a 24-hour coffee machine, and bread is provided in the morning. The surrounding area is safe, with various restaurants nearby. In fact, it feels more like a motel than a hotel. However, overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I also appreciate the friendly and professional staff.

Great staff and great location. Lots of food around the areas and the Americana and galleria malls were so close to the hotel.

Conveniently located close to major attractions in LA, easily accessible by public transportation. Rooms were clean, breakfast with vast variety to choose from and the staff was very accommodative.
