« We very much enjoyed our stay at the Modern San Pedro home! The kitchen came well stocked with all the needed pots, pans, utensils, and quality large and small appliances. « It is located at a good spot in LA. You can go to either ocean side or city side as you wish. Neighborhood provides scenic driving too. The only incovenience may be the check-in process. If the provider gives a better instruction how to enter the building for the first time it will be perfect. I couldn't figure out how to use the call box for the first entry. There is no AC but we realized that it is normal in the region. It doesn't go up that high in tempetature even when the city becomes hot....

« We loved our stay here! Check in was quick, and the staff were so nice and helpful. We never had an issue finding parking during our whole stay. Also love that they lock the gate at 11pm so people can’t get in without a code. The room was very clean, and had a full refrigerator, microwave, and an electric stove top.
