"The breakfast and rooms were excellent. Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. However one of the staff who worked the breakfast buffet was consistently rude & inhospitable. Also I was concerned about the lack of bath tread in the bathtub. Not very safe for children or those with balance difficulties. Overall a okay experience but could use some improvements."

"The hotel was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The curtain in the bedroom wouldn't close so it was very bright in the room by 5:30 am, the TV was also disconnected in the bedroom and the overhead light in the bedroom didn't work. For $300/night I would have expected more."

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is very spacious and the rooms are large with high ceilings but modern in all aspects. Had a great view of the library and the area from the windows. There are only a few rooms on each floor, so it felt cozy. Lobby was clean, and large. Be aware that parking is not free and you either park across the street in a public garage or use the one a couple of blocks away. I used the public one and it was about $15/day. Not ideal, but I knew that going in. Would stay there again. Bed was comfortable, room had a sink, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, and fridge plus the dishes to go with. I didn't use it, but it would be convenient for those who do. Close to dining and other amenities. Water pressure was a bit funky, and it would wane in the middle of showers and the heat of the water would fail from time to time. That was minor, but was a bit odd. Overall, very pleased. Would recommend and would stay there again."
