« Great location, quiet neighborhood, and it was awesome that we didn’t have to bring a high chair and pak-n-play for my son. Super close to so much too! The house is laid out nicely, on a slab foundation so we didn’t have to tip-toe around after putting the kiddo down, and has a great back deck and yard. « The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise.
