This sweet 2 bedroom home was lovingly refreshed with stainless steel appliances, Rain Soft reverse osmosis water filtration system, beautiful engineered hardwood floors, new cabinetry in kitchen with white quartz counters, custom made cypress wood bar top, updated bathroom, and updated plumbing. 7 min to state beaches & whale watching point. Pets under 20lbs are welcome! (nightly pet fee applies). Please contact host prior to booking if guests need to bring 2 pets. (2 pets max). Property was clean and quiet and exactly what we needed. An easy drive to both Santa Cruz and Monterey and an easy way to enjoy the whole area. Host was very communicative and easy to work with. The kitchen, dining and living room were open with a beautiful wood bar with extra seating on both sides. Loved the whale and sea gull that were painted on the rocks in the front yard which was a nice touch. Close to Moss Landing for dinner and within 30 minutes of Laguna Seca. The host was very attentive to any questions we had and checked on us to make sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. He even gave great suggestions of local places to eat and times to travel to avoid traffic. We would definitely here again if traveling to the area. ##### Sara P.
