"The hotel is clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The location is great. However the spa area is very disappointing. The spa water was green and not clean. The glass wall at the perimeter of the spa deck was dirty and streaked and hard to see through. The spa staff let teenagers run around the spa taking selfies and listening to the music on their phones on speaker with no headphones and act out all over the deck with little consideration for guests. The hotel staff did not care to inhibit this behaviour at all. Disappointing for what should be a relaxing beautiful spa location with great views. "

"This has become a destination spot for us. We look forward to the wonderful views of the waves crashing on the rocks. Beautiful location and hotel. I am glad they have kept the Victorian decor. Other hotels have not, and it goes against the point of staying at a place like this. "
