"Room was good enough , they cleaned. I didn't realize I had to pay resort fee when paid from Expedia. Also liscense got taken away to keep the luggage cart, good practice just felt little rude. BlackJack $5 and $15 Roulette were good.. "

"I love the Venetian. Best rooms in Vegas. Lots of room for 2 in every room and comfy beds too. I was disappointed that they took slippers and bathroom goodies out of the rooms though. Luckily, I we had a great housekeeping person who brought us all of the things we were accustomed to having in the room when we got there so we ended up with slippers and other amenities. The staff is so friendly and tip top, all of them from the bellman, to housekeeping, to the parking valet etc. Love that place!"

"The hotel was very good overall, and the room was extremely comfortable. However, the one area that let the experience down was the housekeeping service. Items such as dirty glasses were not replaced or cleaned, which gave the impression that the daily service was limited to simply making the bed. For a five-star hotel, this level of attention to detail is not quite good enough."

"No wi-fi in the rooms - had to go down to casino level. Bathrooms were grungy with moldy corners in shower & doorway in the bathroom. Reserved a 2 queen sized beds room & only got one bed. instead of moving us they brought up a cot but had to wait. Why the guests have to program their own room keys is annoying. Lack of ANY people to help was totally annoying."

"This place is beautiful! We upgraded our room to the upper floors with a view. The hotel is just gorgeous. Our room had the most beautiful view of the strip. Random thing happened though. We arrived at our room and there were items missing from the mini bar that was probably the mini bottles of wine and missing items from the snack bar. There was also this random dirty wine glass sitting on the counter that no one picked up. We called the front desk to make sure we weren’t charged for the missing items. They apologized and would send someone up. They laid 4 clean glasses on our counter, but left the dirty one and didn’t replenish the mini bar with more wine. (What are we supposed to drink in the clean wine glasses?) The next day, housekeeping came, beautifully cleaned our room. Again, they left the dirty wine glass there???? It was literally on top of the bar. Please take this dirty wine glass! And they didn’t replenish the mini bar with more wine. What am i supposed to drink in these 4 wine glasses??? "
