"Friendly staff and quiet accomodation. The building is a bit old but very clean. But the main reason im coming back is that, Sofitel takes extra steps to help stray furry friends who need help. They provide a second chance for street felines to be rescue and adopted. This hotel is truly commendable."

"I stayed at the hotel, solo, for about a week. The building itself, and staff are great! Had everything I needed, rooftop lounge has a beautiful view, and laundry service was so convenient. The area around the property can get really busy, and in the evening the area gets a little risque. Not dangerous at all, just risque. I would stay here again, easily!"

"Seamless checking in and out. Clean rooms and beddings. Mall is linked to the hotel, which is its main attraction. For improvement, the Lobby can add more feature because at the moment it is bare. It just doesn't do justice to what's inside. Although quilt cover is clean, I can tell that the inside layer is old and grey, and balling in some areas (shine it through the light). This is case in some hotels, big names too. Staff needs to be trained to tell if pillows or quilts need to be replaced. I definitely will stay again."
