« Stayed here for a total of 2 weeks with my partner. Buffet breakfast good. Friendly staff. Dislike over charging during the 2nd week. Booked the same room but accidentally booked for 1 person instead of 2. So got charged a alot extra to essentially get a 2nd towel... And got accused of taking 2 teaspoons. That house keeping forgot to replace. Plenty of other places to stay. »

« This hotel is not really a 5 star more like a 4 star hotel. The rooms are old especially the bathroom it's not the level of Shangri la hotel we were quite disappointed. And it's situated in a big mall so there's a lot of people and a lot of noise. And it's way too expensive. The positif thing is the gym and a great breakfast »

« Sejour de 3 nuits a Pasig. tres bien situe, a cote du MegaMall avec beaucoup de choix de restaurants. La salle de Gym de l'hotel est tres bien equippe pour la musculation et la course a pied. La piscine est une peu petite mais agreable. »

« Staff from the front desk to concierge and housekeeping were all helpful and pleasant. »

« The staff was nice and accommodating especially the security people. I just hope they provide free towels every day. They give you one every 3 days. The bed sheets looked old and I don’t know if they changed it upon check In. When the sheets were changed after our 3rd day, it was still the old one because of the red spots on the same area so I had to call housekeeping again and the floor was obviously not clean as there were hairs all over the floor. I hope management will focus on room...

« Everything amazing! It’s just that on the day we stay they actually repairing the pool. So our purpose of stay is useless. But it was all good otherwise. I wish it was mention so we can cancel our stay »

« Location excellent; unit size is big for 2BR just needs some renovation of the hotel. Staff are nice; they make sure to cater all the needs of guests- . I found cockroaches and requested a different unit and they attended it right away. But overall; their good except it needs renovation some unit to avoid cockroaches »
