I was kinda disappointed. My 10 days of quarantine was not that great of a stay there. Wifi automatically disconnects everytime I don’t use it and I have to connect it again everytime which made me pissed off. I have no room phone to connect to the lobby whenever I need something. They tld me to just download their site and I can talk to them through it but everytime I chat with them it takes an hour or so before they can reply. Poor service of toilet paper. They just gave me 1 roll and so I requested my son to buy me from the outside so that I won’t be asking from them every half a day. ( they provided me with the cheap toilet paper). There was a time that they forgot to deliver my food and it took awhile like almost 2 hours before they were able to send one and I was so hungry already. Over all… not a good experience.

Great staff, Berna was very helpul. But, hotel is under construction. Feels like a ghost hotel. Expedia......you shouls hae metioned this before i booked.
