This is my first time using the Pacific Bay Grand Suites desk at this building and my second time staying in the building. The property is well situated about a minute walk from Robinson Mall. The pool is really nice. Staff is great and check in/check out couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommended

Exceeded my expectations for money paid great value Room clean and all in order. Staff were superb friendly and helpful including the owner 👍Room 1807 quiet side of the hotel was great Good location plenty of places around to eat including Robinson's place Mall across the road. I have no hesitation in recommending this great value for money hotel

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our one week stay and will be back. I love their soft pillows and covers giving me a good night sleep. Very friendly staff especially Michael who was always around to assist. Although our air-conditioner is a bit noisy, and bathroom takes time to drain, still I would give this hotel two thumbs up!

Nice, clean and good location

Nice, Clean and Quiet. Good location. The king bed was very comfortable with lots of comfy and soft pillows. Love the comforter as well. Will definitely book this room again, actually it is my 3rd time here. SUGGEST: please upgrade your bath towel, as your towel was so thin, just one use and it is already wet.

Awesome Hotel. Almost perfect. The pool was closed for maintenance the whole week but other than that I really enjoyed the stay. Especially the bed. It was super comfortable. The staff was amazing too.

Cons: - The property is clearly an apartment building that was converted into a hotel as the rooms are very small depending on what you choose, particularly the bathrooms. - The building is clearly in need of maintenance on fixtures in the rooms as they were broken more than they should have been for a hotel in use by the public. Pros: - The price is very reasonable for what you pay - The location was a safe building with great security that accepts food delivery for the guests there. - The hotel staff is some of the best I have ever seen. They were efficient, polite, attentive, helpful, and consistently available when needed.

Property at the heart of Manila steps away from Robinson's Mall and Supermarket . Check in was a breeze considering we landed late night at Manila. Staff is super sweet and helpful. Although I booked a budget room there was a microwave, small cooktop ,kettle and dishes and utensils. Medium sized fridge not the small one! High end sheets pillows and comfortable bed. Super clean very impressed! Nice surprise was balcony!Thank you Pacific Grande Suites for an enjoyable stay!
