Rooms are small studios (bath and shower separate from the sink which is in the studio) Hotel has a renovated factory warehouse feel--although this building was a social club. Exposed brick, hardwood floors etc. Really nice stay. Tons of free parking and cool restaurants all within walking. »

« Very nice place, everything is new and updated. Close to Dyersville, we were in town for a baseball tournament.There was a bad storm that went through with tornado warnings and Nick checked in on us to make sure we were safe and that we had power. We were also able to check in an hour early which was very nice. Nick was responsive to my messages. Would definitely stay here again. »
