Stunning 2 bedroom remodeled apartment in the heart of Cascade, IA. Located in downtown Cascade, only steps away from bars, restaurants, bakery and coffee shop. Living Space: Over 1,000 square feet of living space. This listing is located on the 2nd floor above 2 businesses. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, smart tv and walk in closet--Bedroom 2 has a queen and full size bed, smart tv and walk in closet. If additional sleeping is needed a blow up mattress and pack n' play are available upon request. Indoor Living: Cozy living room, smart tv, large dining table and chairs. Kitchen: The kitchen includes a full sized fridge with an ice maker, dishwasher, range and microwave. It is fully equipped with kitchen basics, coffee maker and toaster. General: Central air and heat, washer and dryer available in unit, public street parking on main street (there is also a public parking lot across the street if needed). This is a family owned apartment with a secure entrance. We are in the last phase of our remodel and putting on the finishing touches. TVs will be mounted and new bedding is coming soon.
