« We chose this hotel because it is a half mile from the airport and we had an early morning (5:50am) departure. The online description highlights “Free Airport transport”. As we checked in and said that we needed a shuttle at 3:45, we were informed that shuttles started at either 5:00 or 5:30! Although the webpage says free airport shuttle, you have to open additional pop-ups to see the information saying that hours were limited. In the end I had to order an Uber to get to the airport on time....

« First of all, although we decided the night before to go to Iowa City to visit family, I was happy that there was a room available on the Fourth of July. The front desk person was very nice and of course that's very important.
