"It was quiet. Room was great. Not much interaction with staff was necessary. "

"The staff is friendly and accommodating. The property is well kept and rooms are a bit outdated but they are showing upgrades like USB ports and plug ins on the lamps and wall sconces. There are reading lamps on both sides of the bed. Larger dorm fridge with small icebox and microwave is also in my queen room. Door security needs a lot of help. All of them have readers but the doors don’t all use them or the door needs to be closed all the way by guest to work. The door facing 33rd doesn’t close all the way but the reader works. Back door reader is not working and other side door I can not comment on. I did enjoy my stay though."

"The coffee maker was broken. The remote for the TV was non-functional. The desk promised a different, functional coffee maker. We were given new batteries and that solved the TV issue. A kind receptionist. "

"We had dirty linens and toilet in our first room and I called the service desk and the manager got us a new room and even ran new room keys up to us. She was very apologetic and dealt with the issue immediately. Excellent customer service 😊👍"
